Terms governing use of this website and booked calculation sessions.
Acceptance
By browsing securesaaszone.digital or booking a calculation session with Secure SaaS Zone Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request sessions.
Service description
We provide informational OTC conversion and spread calculation sessions, related desk briefings, and educational field notes. We do not operate as a broker, exchange, custodian, or payment institution. Session outputs are calculation documents based on inputs you supply; they are not trade execution, investment advice, or a promise of market prices.
Bookings and informational pricing
Rates published on this site are informational. A binding fee is confirmed in a written quote reply. Sessions require appointment confirmation. We may decline work that falls outside calculation support.
Intellectual property
Site copy, session sheet templates, and calculator preset notes we produce remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement assigns them. You may retain copies of sheets generated for your session for internal operational use. You may not republish our templates as your own product.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that quote packs and tickets you provide are obtained lawfully and that you are authorised to share them with us for calculation purposes. You remain responsible for your own trading, settlement, and regulatory obligations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, Secure SaaS Zone Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on session sheets. Our aggregate liability related to a booked session is limited to the fees paid for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our sessions, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
