Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to booked calculation sessions and quoting briefs with Secure SaaS Zone Digital. It does not cover brokerage, custody, or any product this site does not sell. Website browsing is free.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for sessions that were cancelled within the windows below or that we failed to deliver as confirmed. Informational rate cards on the website are not invoices.

Timeframe to request

Request a refund within 14 days of the session date or the date you were charged a deposit, whichever is relevant to your case. Email info@securesaaszone.digital with your booking reference, name, and reason.

Full refund conditions

• You cancel a standard conversion, spread review, or settlement check at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time and no work product has been delivered
• We cancel the sitting for our own scheduling reasons and cannot offer a suitable alternative within five business days
• A deposit was taken and we decline the engagement before work starts

Partial refund conditions

• You cancel between 48 and 12 hours before start: up to 50% of the session fee may be retained for reserved room time
• Work has partly started (for example intake completed and first calculator pass begun) when you end the sitting early: fees for completed portions are retained; unused portions may be refunded proportionally

Non-refundable items

• Completed sessions where the calculation sheet was delivered
• Custom pair quoting briefs after the cleaned ticket table and preset notes have been delivered
• Third-party costs you asked us to incur in writing (for example courier of printed packs), once spent

Refund process

1. Email info@securesaaszone.digital with “Refund request” in the subject
2. We confirm eligibility within five business days
3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval

Cancellation and rescheduling

Reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to room availability at One Island East. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the partial-refund rules.

Deposits

Custom briefs may require a 30% deposit. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once ticket cleaning has begun, unless we cancel the engagement.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not notify us within 12 hours of the start time, the session fee may be charged in full. A new booking is required for a later date.

Work already started

Once calculator passes have begun, fees reflect work performed even if you choose not to take a printed sheet.
